Our software brings fast analytics through the cloud. Fast means three things to us. Firstly, you should expect us to understand your data needs and be speedily proactive in delivering a solution to you. Secondly, fast means that you shouldn’t have to spend an age learning how to achieve something – that’s where ‘intuitive’ comes in. And thirdly, whatever the size of your data, results should be delivered … fast.
Intuitive
Our software isn’t only for data experts. We believe passionately that an organisation’s data should be meaningfully accessible to those who NEED it, not just those who analyse it. We work hard, very hard, to make using our software pleasurable, productive and effortless. Note that we DON’T use the word ‘easy’. We make no apology for the fact that there is a learning curve. It’s just that ours is shorter.
Powerful
In data intelligence, as for most software, 80% of users access only 20% of the features. However, we also know that it’s never the same 20%. We try therefore to balance the need for real power, with the need for all people to access that power. It’s a real high wire enterprise, necessitating development strength and a constant intellectual challenge.
